[Class 112] An arm 15 pivoted at 14 and carrying a trimming blade 16 is operated from a reciprocating slide 27 through a toggle linkage comprising links 31 and 34. The links are held slightly beyond the dead centre position by a stop plate 37 and a latch-plate 40 and the plate 37 has a finger portion 38 by which the toggle can be broken. A spring contained in the boss 18 urges the arm 15 upwards.
