528,591. Hand-propelled vehicles. HOEDT, J. C. DE. May 10, 1939, No. 13910. [Class 108 (i)] A device to facilitate the carrying of parcels, suitcases or the like comprises a pair of rods 11, 12 pivoted together at 27 and held in the position shown by a bar 14 pivoted at 19 to the bar 11 and detachably engaging the bar 12 by a dowel and secured by a catch 23. The bar 14 serves as a handle. An additional foldable stay 25 may be provided. The wheels 15, 16 may be the caster type. Hooks for the parcels may be provided at 21, 27 and a detachable or folding bracket for a suitcase &c. may be arranged at the lower part of the structure. Lateral support may be provided by a rod 28 which may carry a third wheel and adapted to be swung outwardly and to rest on the ground.
