April 24, 1918 Hand - trucks. - A wheeled parcel-carrier comprises a bar a provided with a handle b and fitted with a plate c which carries a platform c<1> mounted by a pair of struts c<2> upon one or a pair of wheels d. Legs i support the carrier in the position shown. These may be hinged or telescopic to permit of adjustment, or so that they may be put out of the way. A basket, bag, or other receptacle f may be secured to the platform c'. Hooks, clips, or sockets for parcels or umbrellas may be provided on the bar a, or may be arranged to slide on a rail secured thereto.
