515,371. Thermionic valves ; oxide coated cathodes. M-O VALVE CO., Ltd., and BENJAMIN, M. May 30, 1938, No. 16114. [Class 39 (i)] [Also in Group XXXVI] Thermionic valves having oxide coated cathodes are prepared by using the carbonatecoated metal cores prepared as described in Specification 514,849 by depositing by cataphoresis, particles of alkaline metal carbonates having diameters between ¢ and 150 Á from a suspension in an organic liquid containing acetone and an organic binder. Specifications 325,317, [Class 39 (i)] and 444,723, [Group XXXVI], also are referred to.
