504,061. Hairpins. TENNANT, W. J. (Boye Needle Co.) Feb. 4, 1938, No. 3607. [Class 131] Each leg 10, 11 of a hairpin is formed on its upper and lower edges with staggered indentations 14 to form crimps 15 which extend also round the bend. The metal at the parts 14 is spread to form projections 16, which grip the hair and hold apart central parts of the pin. The legs of, the pin may normally be spaced apart.
