487,417. Nesting seats. TAN-SAD CHAIR CO. (1931), Ltd., and GABB, A. H. Jan. 2, 1937, No. 101. [Class 52 (ii)] In nesting seats in which the legs are downwardly tapering and divergent, and of internally concave or angular in cross section, each leg is provided at its lower end with an external projecting abutment stop h carrying a foot i which engages the stop h of the next lower seat when stacked. The legs may be of sheet metal of longitudinally corrugated formation bent about a medial line. The back may be of the construction described in Specification 487,416.
