469,661. Postal &c. wrappers. JONES, N. H., MEEK, R. C. S., and JONES & CO., Ltd., S. Jan. 27, 1936, No. 2581. [Class 146 (ii)] [Also in Group XVII] A wrapper is provided with a strip of gummed paper 3 attached to and overhanging one end thereof, the gummed exposed surface 5 serving as the means by which the wrapper is secured around a package &c., and a weakened line for facilitating tearing the wrapper is provided either in the strip itself or in the edge of the wrapper above the strip. The wrappers may be made by securing a gummed strip along one or both edges of the whole length of a reel of paper and then cutting the wrappers therefrom.
