468,667. Air injection and compressor plant. ETABLISSEMENTS D. F. Nov. 23, 1936, No. 32067. Convention date, Nov. 23, 1935. [Classes 8 (i) and 71] In an aircraft, a compressor 1 supplies air to an injector 2, which places a chamber 3 under suction and a chamber 4 under pressure ; it also supplies a reservoir 6. The suction chamber has a pipe 15 for connection to, a gyroscope &c. to be operated, and an automatic air inlet valve 10. The pressure chamber has an automatic relief valve 13 and an outlet 16 for the relatively low-pressure air which is used, e.g. for de-icing. The container 6 supplies high-pressure air for starting or raising the undercarriage, operating gunturrets, &c.
