Abstract
466,923. Photographic cameras provided with exposure meters ; indicating- apparatus. ZEISS IKON AKT.-GES. May 7, 1936, No. 12920. Convention date, Nov. 28, 1935. [Class 98 (i)] [Also in Group XIX] The camera is provided with a view-finder, a base telemeter, and a photo-electric exposure meter, the measuring instrument of which is visible from above the camera and also by way of ray-deflecting means, from the rear, through the view opening of the view-finder or telemeter. As shown, in a camera provided with a telemeter, 1, 2, 3 and a view-finder 1, 4, the pointer 8 of the measuring instrument has a bent-over end, and is viewable through either of two openings 9, 10, in the angle end of the fixed scale member 7. Observation through opening 9 is made from above ; while observation through 1 is made by rays passing laterally through the view-finder to a fixed mirror 12 which reflects them to the view-finder and telemeter window 1. Glass members 5 and 11 are provided to shorten the ray paths in the various devices.
