457,918. Twist tubes for ring frames. SEABROOK, H., 31, Bedford Street, Strand, London.-(Gessner Akt.-Ges., E. ; Aue, Saxony, Germany) Aug. 18, 1936, No. 22756. [Class 120 (ii)] The twist tubes 8 of ring spinning-machines, particularly for worsted yarn, are carried in a frame 28 adjustable on guides 30 parallel to the path of the yarn by means of a lever arrangement 32, 35 and a graduated nut 34 or by screws. The tubes are rotatable on the frame about the air feed pipe 24, and are individually adjusted relatively to the rollers by means of bolts 26 which engage the tails of their supporting-brackets 25.
