[Class 64 (i)] A gas or electrically heated washing - boiler has a draw-off plug cock T attached to its base B clear of the heating means and arranged so that no part of the cock or its handle H projects beyond the minimum periphery of the boiler or its casing A when the tap is in the " off " position. The cock has a hollow taper body with an elbow-like exit 0, and a hollow plug in the cock is held by a spring-pressed flange. The cock gives a full bore from the inlet to the outlet.
