Abstract

450,187. Pipe joints. GOOD, T. H., and GOOD, C., Waterwork's Office, Broomhill, Wombwell, near Barnsley. March 6, 1935, No. 6978. [Class 99 (i)] The abutting pipe ends have castellated flanges 2 which co-operate with an internally castellated sleeve 4, packing-rings 5 being clamped against the flanges and the ends of the sleeve by rings 6 and bolts 7. The rings 6 have internal castellations 6<x> between which enter projections 5<x> on the packing-rings.
