445,304. Food &c. warmers. LEWIS, G., 3, Mayville Drive, Withington, Manchester. Oct. 8, 1934, No. 28707. [Class 126] For use in maintaining beverages or food warm, an open-topped receptacle 1 with feet 3 has air slots 7 in its sides and a recess 4 in its bottom to position a loose heater consisting of a night light 6, and is provided with a removable cover 8, which forms a support for the vessel containing the beverage or cooked food and has an aperture 9 and recessed or channeled parts on its upper surface for the passage of hot gases and air. The radial depressions 11 and the intermediate raised radial surfaces 12 on the upper surface of the cover are radially fluted. The receptacle 1 and cover 8 may be of earthenware or porcelain. A glass container 5 holds the night light. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 23052 /97, [Class 28], and 301,628, [Class 126].
