420,880. Rotary compressors. KRUPP GERMANIAWERFT AKT-GES., F., Gaarden, Kiel, Germany.-(also Assignees of Walter, H.; 117, Niemannsweg, Kiel, Germany) Aug. 31, 1934, No. 25098. Convention date, Sept. 5, 1933. [Class 110 (ii)] The compressor comprises a piston c, an abutment d and a valve g in the delivery pipe, all rotating at the same angular velocity, the piston and abutment rotating in the same direction. The Figure shows one form, in which the piston tip n enters a notch m in the valve g. In modified arrangements the piston tip is at least equal to half the width of the opening e; or equal to the distance between two bars of a grating which may extend across the opening. A port o is provided to allow of delivery of fluid compressed in the space p.
