410,429. Piezo - electric crystals. COMPAGNIE GENERALE DE TELEGRAPHIE SANS FIL, 79, Boulevard Haussmann, Paris. Dec. 4, 1933, No. 34038. Convention date, Dec. 3, 1932. Drawings to Specification. [Class 40 (v).] A quartz crystal is shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped having the electric axis and one other axis equal to one another, while the length of the. third axis is different, the axes being proportioned so that the frequencies of vibration along them are all equal. A piezo-electric lamina may be built up of a number of crystals cut in the above manner. Specification 383,075 is referred to.
