Abstract
390,293. Towel rails or holders. BUSH, H. L. and JAMES, C. D., (trading as BUSH & CO., H. L.), 2, Wells Road, Bath. Feb. 8, 1932, No. 3641. [Class 52 (v).] A towel or like holder having a large surface which can be heated for drying an article hung over it comprises two side members 1, 2, preferably forming part of a single piece of sheet metal, these members being inclined to each other in inverted V-shape, and joined across the narrow top space between them by a towelsupporting surface no wider than this narrow space, so that the towel hangs closely against the sides. A pair of plates 7, 8 connected by rods 9, and a bottom plate 6, may close the remaining space between the side members. An electric heater 5 is mounted on the plate 6. 'The whole device may be mounted on a wall by means of hinge brackets attached to the plate 8, and secured in place by a detachable fastening 11 engaging the plate 7.
