Abstract

384,065. Sinks and wash-tubs; draining-appliances. ACME WRINGERS, Ltd. and BURT, J. W., 97, David Street, Bridgeton, Glasgow. Nov. 20, 1931, No. 32187. [Class 26.] An attachment for a sink or wash-tub 1 comprises a bracket 5 having tongues &c. 9, 10 engageable with sockets 11, 12, 13 arranged at different levels on the sink or tub structure ; when the tongues engage sockets 11, 12, the bracket may support a draining-board, whilst in the lower position it may support a basket to receive clothes passed through a wringer. The upper surface of the bracket is constituted by a grid 6 and the draining-board may hook over the edge of the sink &c. and may be hinged to the bracket. A cupboard 3 is provided beneath the sink, and cross-bars 14 serve as towel rails.
