[Class 61 (i).] A clamp for securing a brush head or the like to a handle comprising two sheet metal elements e, shaped at the upper end to embrace the handle d and flared at the lower end with lips k to grip the head is operated by a wing nut j, a spring m being provided either to force the gripping elements apart or draw them together. Barbs l may be provided to increase the grip on the handle.
