Abstract
376,916. Sliding doors ; partitions. JOHNSTON, N. F., 6, Binnie Place, Glasgow, and WILKIE, J. A., Woodend, Thorntonhall, Lanarkshire. June 11, 1931, No. 16999. [Class 20 (iii).] A sliding folding door, partition or the like comprises pairs of leaves B, C, and D, E, carried on hinge posts G, H, adjustably supported on rollers and track L, M, N and guided in a runway O below. The outer leaves of each pair are detachably connected by bolts P, P<1>, and keepers Q. The first leaf A is hinged to a fixed post F. The hinge posts may be made of two parts, the lower one U of which carries the door, Fig. 5, and is connected adjustably to the upper part at V.
