366,219. Wire resistances. GRIERSON, R. and DULRAE PATENTS, Ltd., 4, Bloomsbury Place, London. Dec. 16, 1930, No. 37858. [Class 37.] In a system wherein the heating resistances E are embedded in the floors, walls or ceilings, the resistances are enclosed in tubes D connected to header boxes H the tubes and boxes containing sufficient oil or other suitable liquid or substance which is liquid at the operating temperature to cover completely the open ends of the tubes entering the boxes. The wires may be insulated by glass or porcelain beads or tubes if the tubes D are of metal. The tubes D may, however, be made of glass or earthenware. The tubes are embedded in a stratum of concrete B.
