Abstract
358,315. Aerial posts. HEATH, L. C., Arrandene, Wise Lane, Mill Hill, London, and BOISSELIER, H. C., Old Dove House, Kingsbourne Green, near Luton. Oct. 28, 1930, No. 32357. [Class 20 (i).] A vertical aerial is contained in a sectional mast which, as shown, comprises sections a, b, c, the wire n being suspended from an insulating plug f at the top. The mast is supported by brackets g from a wall. Pins d through the lower sections support the upper ones and hoods e are provided at the joints. When the mast is of metal it is insulated from the brackets g or the brackets from the wall, or it may be supported from an extension, from which it is insulated, driven into the ground. The inner surface of the sections may be enamelled to insulate them from the wire.
