[Class 26.] A refuse bucket has a cover adapted to be raised by the foot and provided with a detachable container for dis. infectant. The container 14, Fig. 1, may be secured by lugs 16 having a bayonet-joint en. gagement with lugs 17, or by a bolt 18, Fig. 5, and nut 19. The cover - lifting means comprises a pedal lever 6, a lever 8, and a connecting-rod 10 slotted at 12.
