Abstract

350,665. Door knobs &c. LONDON BUTTON & GENERAL MANUFACTURING CO., Ltd., 330, Romford Road, and BERNSTEIN, A., 457, Romford Road, both in London. April 28, 1930, No. 12980. [Class 52 (i).] Knobs and handles of the kind built up by assembling discs of casein compositions or similar material on a central core are characterized by the provision of a screw-threaded connection between a central sleeve 6 and an attaching stem 8, locking means 9 for the stem, a flange 7 at the inner end of the sleeve tc serve as an abutment for the discs 1 .. 5, and a screwed connection between the end disc 1 and the sleeve 6 whereby the discs can be clamped in place.
