342,227. Applying polishing wax to floors. OCHS, W., 186, Bahnhofstrasse, Bad Liebenstein, Germany. May 8, 1930, No. 14171. Convention date, May 8, 1929. [Class 19.] Liquid or semiliquid polishing wax is sprayed on floors by an apparatus mounted on the handle of a polishing pad in which sudden increases of air pressure in a vessel a causes the liquid to be forced through a tube o, surrounded by a tube k provided with openings m at the bottom and a small perforation l at the top. The intermittent increase in air pressure may be produced by a rubber ball i. A series of tubes k, o may be mounted side by side in the same receptacle d. The vessel may be provided with a double wall or other heating means to melt the wax.
