Abstract
337,261. McLeod, R. F., and Graham, M. T. Dec. 13, 1929. Boxes made from special blanks; fettings, internal.-A collapsable carton for electric and other bulbs or lamps made from a one-piece blank comprises a rectangular body portion C, F, B, J, Fig. 1, secured by tongue-and-slot connections H, K and a bulb-holder R, T, 0, Q, of which the end Q is integral with the wall R and with a flap U which is secured by a tongue-and-slot connection to the wall O, the end T being similarly secured. The bulb M is held in apertures Z, Y. In a modified form shown in Fig. 3, both the side walls of the holder are cut out to form the ends. In a third form, Fig. 6, adapted to hold two bulbs, the holder is constituted by two tubular structures formed by folding along lines 7, 6, 5 and 8 and securing by a tongue-and-slot fastening 11 and this holder is covered by a structure A, B, C secured by a tongue K entering a slot L. Holes 13 - - 16 receive the bulbs and holes 17, 18 permit of testing.
