Vacuum tubes. - In an electric lighting system.. of the type described in Specification 336,957, wherein a neon or like tube is supplied at high voltage from a transformer with high leakage and low power factor, the transformer is enclosed in a sheet-iron or like casing forming a magnetic screen. The transformer in its casing 10 is mounted in a sheet-metal or like box structure 6, to the front of which the neon tube 1 is secured as shown.
