335,235. Thurston, A. P., (Dryice Equipment Corporation). June 13, 1929. Packing ice-cream.- A refrigerated package comprises a corrugated cardboard &c. carton 1 having a spaced corrugated cardboard lining 5 within which is a paper bag 8 containing a metal &c. vessel 9 for icecream &c. and a block 13 of carbon dioxide ice. The gas evaporating from the ice oozes through the mouth of the bag and flows downwardly between the bag and the lining and upwardly between the lining and the carton from which it escapes to the atmosphere. The paper bag may be dispensed with. Specification 334,939 is referred to.
