Hasp fastenings.-A hasp fastening comprises a plate 1 with a staple 3 having a downwardly extending tongue 4, and a part 2 having an opening to receive the tongue and a spring controlled hinged hasp which is made of sheet metal and is adapted to be pushed over the staple 3 and retained by means of a padlock.
