Abstract
330,872. I. G. Farbenindustrie Akt.- Ges. Dec. 15, 1928, [Convention date]. Catalytic apparatus.-Apparatus for endothermic catalytic gas reactions comprises a reaction tube K fixed at one end only to the wall O of the heating chamber which surrounds it, and provided with an inner tube J extending to the bottom of the reaction tube for the removal of the reaction products. The free end of the reaction tube may extend through the opposite wall U of the heating chamber and be fitted with a removable closure K<1>.
