Force-feed lubricating. - The piston lubricating device according to the parent Specification is modified by fitting an inwardly-opening spring-loaded non-return valve e in a connection f between the casing a, in which the extension b of the piston rod c works, and an oil reservoir g, the connection f being arranged below the outer limit of the stroke of the extension b, whereby the casing a is automatically replenished with oil. The casing a is also fitted with a spring-loaded relief valve d.
