Adjusting forecarriages.-In a truck having a small steerable motor attachment the engine 6 is carried by a platform 5 on a bracket in the form of a bridge secured to the chassis side members 3 and drives a road-wheel 11 through suitable gearing. The road-wheel 11 is mounted in a fork 10 on a stem which can be turned through a complete revolution in a bearing 7 on the bracket by operating a hand-wheel 13 on a steering column 12 geared by wheels 16, 17, 18 to the stem. Distance pieces 4 may be interposed between the bracket and the side members.
