Abstract

315,296. Otto, M. P. July 11 1928, [Convention date]. Proofing-compositions. - Pasteboard articles, such as cartridges, are impregnated with linseed or other drying oil which is then oxidized by means of ozonized air at a moderate temperature, such as 150‹ C. The articles to be treated are passed on trucks furnished with trays through a chamber 1 provided with circulating fans 5', 5<2>, an outlet 6 and heating pipes 6. Air is passed to the chamber 1 by a pan 12 through a drier 13 and ozonizer 11.
