Abstract

315,042. Carnegie, J. C. May 9, 1928. Heating by electricity.-Water is supplied from a tank 3 through pipe 5 to the enlarged end 6 of a chamber 7 into which an electric heater 9 projects. The heated water passes into an expansion pipe 12 having a branch 14 leading to a radiator 15 and to a draw off tap 18. Taps 13, 17, are provided at the ends of the heater.
