307,184. Armstrong Siddeley Motors, Ltd., and Plumb, A. E. Feb. 9, 1928. Multiple-delivery piston pumps; valves, arrangement of.-A fuel pump for supplying a multi-cylinder engine comprises a rotary valve 2 provided with radial passages 12, 120 which connect the delivery port 13 of the pump successively to ports 4, 5 leading to different cylinders of the engine. The valve may rotate in a liner 6 provided with ports in line with the ports 4, 5, 13. The valve is driven from the pump shaft through gearing 14 - - 17. The inlet valve 11 may be of the kind described in Specification 295,697, [Class 122 (i), Engine and like cylinders &c.]. The pump may be fed by another pump 18.
