Abstract

300,030. Crezee, P. Dec. 5, 1927. Couplings for tractors and ploughs. -The plough beam 8 is housed in a sleeve 9 adjustably mounted on a support 7 connected by parallel links 5, 6 with a vertical bar 4 pivoted to the tractor at 1, 2. The links 5, 6 and bars 4, 7 form a parallelogram. The plough is raised and lowered by means, of a ratchet lever 27 and chain 21. The beam 8 may be adjusted angularly on its axis by means of arms 33, 34, which are connected by an adjusting screw. The pivot 2 is mounted on a pivoted bar 45 one end of which may be moved horizontally by means of screws 47. The sleeve 3 on which the sleeve 9 is mounted is capable of slight adjustment in the longitudinal plane of the machine.
