Abstract
299,444. Krupp Akt.-Ges., F. Oct. 27, 1927, [Convention date]. Laminated springs.-A vehicle spring consists of a number of elements of equal length, uniform width and varying depth so that they are of approximately uniform strength throughout their length. The elements D, D<1>, Figs. 1 and 3, are secured together at their middle by a buckle C, while their ends are secured.to or bear in heads E; the top and bottom elements D being formed with eyes in which engage pins e', while the intermediate elements D' bear in recesses e<2> with rounded edges. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also a construction shown in Fig. 5 (Cancelled), 'in which the elements are of maximum thickness at their middle and at their ends where they are clamped in the heads K by keys H. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
