Abstract

291,441. Canard, L. June 4, 1927, [Convention date]. Electric ratiators. - The heating element D is arranged between parallel bowl shaped or conical reflectors H, E, spaced apart on a vertical axis with their convexities directed downwards. The reflectors are secured together by bolts L and a wire cage M encloses the space between. them. The lower reflector and the heating element are mounted on a pedestal or alternatively the radiator is inverted and suspended from lugs on the bolts L. The reflectors may be fluted or embossed and may be of curved conical or spherical form. A cover J is fitted with an ash tray for a flower bowl. According to the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) the positions of the reflectors are reversed when the radiator is suspended. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
