Combined aerating and bottling apparatus; siphon bottles.-A siphon bottle containing water to be aerated is enclosed in a metal protecting casing, and the discharge nozzle of the bottle is connected by a tube to a steel &c. gas bottle, the valve of the siphon bottle being held open and the adjusting device of the gas bottle set at the required pressure. Saturation is ensured by shaking. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 5272/88, 27803/04, and 17541/13.
