Signs.-A triangular box-form warning sign for roads, motor vehicles, &c. has an outer opaque triangular sign surrounding an inner transparent sign, the centre of which is formed as an opaque triangle or triangular aperture. The sign casing 7 is supported on a bracket 4 and is formed with an outer red opaque triangle 10 surrounding an inner ruby glass triangle 11 and a central opaque triangle 13, which may be replaced by a triangular aperture or recess. The casing is fitted with a lamp and reflector and the parts are so coloured that a red triangle with a dark centre is seen, the central triangle forming the dark centre when the sign is illuminated and the ruby glass and central triangle together forming the dark centre during the day time. Specification 237,319 is referred to.
