Abstract

Bale-tie fasteners. - The enclosing sleeve D of a bale band fastening is formed as a fixture upon one end of the band and is made with a slot along one of its edges through which the other band end is adapted to be passed laterally. The shoulders A<1>, B<1> on the band ends are formed with engaging edges adapted to overlap laterally to prevent disengagement, being inclined in the form shown in Fig. 3 and stepped in another arrangement.
