276,083. Bolton, E. M. May 21, 1926. Strainers.-Saucepans or like vessels are provided with strainers either integral with or permanently attached to the vessel or detachably connected thereto. Fig. 1 shows a strainer S formed with lugs l adapted to be secured to the vessel by means of rivets or screws. In Fig. 4 the strainer is provided with clips C adapted to take over the edge of the vessel: the clips may be fitted with fixing screws r. Figs. 6, 7 show a strainer attached to a curved band B at one or more points, the band being disposed within the vessel and having clips c' for attachment to the edge thereof. This manner of attachment enables the device to be applied to vessels of different diameters. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 8814/90; and 11364/13, [Class 28 (ii), Kitchen and like appliances &c.].
