Irrigators and like appliances.-An appliance for reducing, or preventing the formation of, wrinkles on the lower part of the face comprises a, U-shaped shield or channel member 1 adapted to cover the chin and portions of the sides of the face and having a small perforated liquid receptacle 2 positioned in its interior at the rear end of the base 1<a> adapted to be connected with a source of liquid supply under pressure by a flexible pipe 5, the liquid draining away through a discharge opening 9. An outwardly inclined spout 10 adjacent the discharge opening directs the liquid away from the user. The channel member 1 is provided with a raised portion or lip and is so shaped as to prevent liquid from flowing over its borders.
