Thermionic amplifiers and detectors.-In a high-frequency amplifier the coupling between the valves comprises a transformer 11 having a tuned secondary 16, 17 and a primary 12 which is associated with a resistance 13 and a capacity 14 so proportioned as to suppress self-regeneration.
