271,977. Fenemore, G. A. March 19, 1926. Tyres, non-elastic.-A tyre gaiter, shown applied to a pneumatic tyre, comprises a plate &c. A of metal or other material shaped to fit over the tyre and secured by bolts B to a bracket E bolted to the wheel. The tread surface of the gaiter is provided with one or more ribs C which may be of angular or other cross-section.
