271,015. Harris, G. E., and Fleming, Ltd., J. & R. Feb. 7, 1927. Spectacles; eye glasses.-The eye-rings 10 and bridge 11 of tortoiseshell and like spectacles are made in one piece, and the bridge 11 is provided with a reinforcement 12, which may be of metal wire, inserted before the bridge is bent to its final shape. The reinforcement 12 may be of such a length as to enter notches 13 in the edges of the lenses so that they are located in correct position.
