Dilators; syringes.-In a douche nozzle provided with dilating arms the arms are pivoted to the tube of the nozzle which slides in an outer sleeve, cam surfaces on the arms engaging with the end of the sleeve to expand the arms. The tube B is provided with a collar D carrying flanges 7, 8 which are crimped over the pivot pins 10 of the arms C. The sleeve A is formed with a cap 1 through openings in which the cam portions 3 of the arms C pass. The tube B is secured to a nipple E sliding on the sleeve A and is operated by a lever 29 acting on a flange 33 against the action of a spring 23.
