Cutting tubular fabrics to form flat fabrics; edges, treating. - A bias strip A cut from a tubular fabric is provided with temporary selvages, reinforcing strips, or strengthening means B at or near its edges before it is further cut up or otherwise treated. The strips B may be sewn or stuck on, or the strengthening may be by rows of stitching. Strips b may be attached to the ends of the bias strip.
