Sights; cleaning. - An opening is provided through the stem of the backsight of a Martini rifle and its mounting for the passage of a cleaning rod into the breech end of the barrel. As shown, the sight has two depending lugs 6 fitting inside two lugs 7 of a fixed bracket, the space between the lugs 6 being in alignment with the cleaning hole 9 in the breech body.
