Abstract

250,826. Marks, E. C. R., (American Machine & Foundry Co.). Sept. 23, 1925. Crinkled paper; paper, treating with special materials.-Superposed sheets of thin crepe paper impregnated with a resinous substance are heated to consolidate them into a laminated plastic mass suitable for crimping over the necks of bottles without setting up undue strain in the paper. The resinous substance is preferably deodorized and when resin is used, a suitable proportion is two and a half pounds of resin to each pound of paper.
