243,379. Soc. Franþaise Radio-Electrique. Nov. 21, 1924, [Convention date]. Regulating transformers.-A high frequency transformer comprising either a single winding forming an auto-transformer or primary and secondary windings 3, 5 on an insulating former 1 surrounding an open iron core comprising a bundle of iron wires 2, is provided with a longitudinally movable conducting ring 6 whereby its wave length range may be adjusted after manufacture to conform to a required standard.
